Classic student rental, which is seen very often in the uni. This one is able to accommondate 2+1 sims in total, with kitchen on both sides like two seperated homes. There is a gaming room in the attic where the owner used to use as storage. Things here don't always match, since they are bought by the sims living here bit by bit, or aquired from the last resident. Hope you enjoy this build.
