Student Residence with 10 rooms and a rooftop. Each room has its own bathroom and kitchen and are furnished but not decorated. I was inspired by the residences I've been in for the past few years. I playtested it so every room should be functional, it works well with 9 roomates as long as you assign beds and/or block doors.
