So I renovated Briny Hall quite a bit to include a mini cafeteria, game room, study room, laundry room, and kitchnette. It's also two floors now with the dorms upstairs and the living space downstairs. All of the dorms but 1 are full personalized already and the dorm now features 2 private rooms.
