When Plumbob & Co. (the worlds leading makers of Plumbobs) went out of business in 1984, the small family ran factory sat empty for years before it was repurposed into a condo. While still featuring a public rest spot, large open air garage and lots of rusty charm, it's also the perfect, yet unconventional home for Sims just starting out.
