Did this one in a similar fasion to my Wyvern Hall reno. Wanted them to fit the school in the same way. Rather than 10 individual rooms, this one has 4 double rooms and 2 rather large single rooms. has a cafeteria space, study rooms, hang out zones and places for fun. the rooms are very basic.
