A decent size house with two (plus a third with a transformed garage) rooms with mismatched furniture that gives that authentic university vibe. Plenty of room with a loungeroom and good sized kitchen. Includes lots of objects for a fun playthrough! Forgot a bin however! Enjoy this! It's my first shared built.
