I've done up Drake Hall as a more expensive/posh dorm for those of your sims who want and can afford a more luxorious dorm experience. It now has proper shower stalls (for privacy), better beds and a built in cafeteria (for convenience). The cafeteria food is not free for some reason, but it does work.
