This is the old school house transformed into my dreamhome. I made the house a bit smaller by taking down the tower and the second floor. The bricks are reused for the new garage. The first floor of the old school house is almost the same on the outside. The windows got a new coat of paint and there is a new front door. It's chaotic around the house with plants because I feel like a plantguy. I used $55.000 and the money from breaking down parts from the old school. #DevonBumpkin #BumpkinBuild
