Enjoy my first university build! :D It has 5 rooms, 3 single and 2 double. I built it for my own gameplay, but all the rooms are pretty neutral. (except for some foxbury pride hahaha). It has a cafeteria station and two small microwace areas. It has a cute litte courtyard area, just to hang out.
