This is the home of an elderly fisherman named Tobias Trout! He grew up in this cottage and has fished in this dock his entire life. He has seen the dock change from a small town to a tourist attraction - unfortunately brindleton bay council have given him an ultimatum: either take $25,000 and leave so they can renovate the cottage into a fishery... or he uses the money to renovate it himself so it fits better into its surroundings.
