This dream home is placed on a 30x20 lot in Glimmerbrook. In there used to be a magic school that now has moved into a lager building. Aria a young witch inherited the house from her grandmother who was the director of this school. Aria used the magic spell "motherlode" and got all the money she needed for the renovation.
