The old schoolhouse used to be owned by a lovely japanese couple. When they died their daughter, a big city lawyer, inherited the house and decided to embrace the suburban lifestyle. The schoolhouse was renovated in a dream farmhouse with a chef's kitchen, a home office, and a large owner's wing while still maintaining some of the old charm.
