I'm not a very good interior designer, so instead, I've placed objects in every room to show what my intention was and maybe help you establish an understandable layout. It also has 10 beds, since I think? thats the maximum amount of sims able to live in a university. (8 sims plus 2 npc's?) The exterior is finished but feel free to tinker with it.
