Here is my entry for the Build Challenge! I decided to keep the exterior look untouched and convert this little old school into a family home! It has two bedrooms, and can fit 3 Sims. It also has an art studio that could be converted into another bedroom! I stuck to the 50K budget, plus what I got with selling the leftover furniture. I only used City Living, Parenthood and Tiny Living other than the Basegame. Hope you like it! #DevonBumpkin #BumpkinBuild
