My take on the build challenge is a modernized factory with a veeery big extention. It was baught by a famous and beloved opera singer and her wife who is a writer and known for her thrilling murdermystery novels. They met each other on vacation in Selvadorada, to commemorate this, they brought a bit of Selvadoradian nature with them into their new renovated home.
