Inspired by #ClareSiobhan 's renovation of the starter home lot in Univeristy, I changed the lot into townhouses. The price is high because I gave it high end furnature and applicance, but that can easily be replaced with more affordable pieces. I experimented with dropping the 1st floor down to make a split/walkdown basement-like level. Feel free to play with this build and edit to your heart's content. No custom content included.
