This Old School House was recently bought by the yougest writer to win the Windenburg Literature Award. With the 50k she recieved from the award and a brand new book deal she was able to hire an architect to transform this old building into a "soft-boho loft". They kept most of the original structure but added two floor-to-ceiling glass walls on each side that provides lots of natural sun light, She usually hides from the world in the hidden reading nook. #DevonBumpkin #BumpkinBuild
