I renovated this dorm using the base game, discover university and some of dream home decorator, it fit perfectly in some places. But it's totally functional without it, just replace some of the tables, chairs and beds. I added a second floor with a cafeteria and a robotic station room, there is some space for studying, but only one computer downstairs.
