Hi everyone! This is NOT a starter home, ahem it's $100K. This is my first build (reno) on Sims 4, i got it this week. As long as i remember it has no CC, amybe a little object from rustic romance. Also! It has some DEBUG objects and if you wanna use it,( i didn't play test it) you'd have to turn on the bb.moveobjects cheat.
