Here is an old townhouse that used to belong to the Carlton family. However it has been empty for the past decade since they had to abandon it due to money issues... During that there has also been some kinda damage in the kitchen and main bedroom. Now the estate wants to convert it into two apartments. One of the apartments is supposed to be a modern one.
