Sam and Mark are nearing retirement and are wanting a place close to their family to settle down in. They are both outdoorsy and love being in nature, which is why they fell in love with this victorian era stone storage building, the wild landscape and the views surrounding it. It was used as cold storage by the neigboring village where their family lives.
