Briny Tower. I didn't want to change too much or add a floor as I was trying to keep with the University experience and not a penthouse one. Let's be real- living in a dorm is NOT comfortable and laundry wasn't available on the dorm floor. All I did was add a small eating area and outdoor fun spot.
