This modern semi-luxury dorm building comrises of 10 single dorm rooms, each including a private bath and kitchenette. 2 of the 10 have been individualized through decorations and the remaining 8 are partly furnished shells, including only the furniture provided by the student housing, ready for your Sim(s) to find a new place to call their home!
