This lot will cater for a full household of 8 sims, the dormitory is equipped with 9 beds in total and 4 full bathrooms. The property has a large dining area with an extremely large TV and a social room too. The outside yard has a bonfire and a DJ booth to hold the sickest parties. Whilst university hasn't been implemented into the game yet this is good for those with larger families or a handful of sims who are friends and want spacious living.
