Hi this is a Georgean style inspired house for a family of 4 - 5 people. I want to renovate this building to fit a bit more modern family with a daughter who is an aspiring artist. The family has a dark background full of mischef and I imagine the father being a mafia boss. I am giving you a 40K budget to renovate this place. The landscaping is a little bit lazy though.
