I actually saw this loft apartment in my hometown on Air BnB and I thought it was so pretty, I'd do an apartment building on the Sims for it! It can technically hold twenty-one people. The owner's suite is my design. However the one with minimal furniture is actually the real design of the owner of the BnB. If it says Originally by: Deligracy.
