Welcome to the #dorm of Sims University. Its based on one dorm of the #Sims3. Orginal design was not by me however I have renovated many parts of the building. Turning orgiannly overcrowed bedroom area into 8 double bedrooms. 4 masculine and 4 feminine. There are 4 bathrooms. I removed the top floor as felt it wasn't a useful space. The downstairs still have an old fashion feel however this could easily be updated to. #renovated #updated #modern #uni #dorms #university
