Family First House
Renovation of a first build, this was fun. Now it houses up to four Sims: a couple, a kid and a toddler. Not too expensive, it has a lot of space in the backyard. I tried to limit my use of packs to the ones listed on the original build. You can easily turn this into a spacious two bedroom too.
