I DID NOT BUILD THE EXTERIOR I only created seperate rooms and fernished the home. This house is a popular choise for celebrities, or just some rich people. I found this and thought it was furnised and all for only 100k, but it was empty inside. So, I furnished it and made the seperate rooms.
