I tried to renovate my weird house to be less weird and more useful and modern. I did it in "realistic" way, no moving walls and windows, only refreshing fireplace insted of removing, reusing items (sometimes people repaint old furniture insted of buying new one) etc. Now this is house for 6 Sims include 2 kids.
