Renovation of Drake Hall to be a little bit more british. Kept the exterior identical, but made two internal apartments, each with 5 rooms with en suites. Included as much kitchenette as possible with the lot restrictions, and even been kind enough to include a TV in each apartment. There's a common area, and gross green carpet, remeniscent of my own time at uni.
