I renovated Drake Hall to be what I thought was more reflective of a college dorm! I also included a small gym area so your students can work out. There's two girls rooms and two boys rooms. One bathroom with three toilets and three showers. There's also a hangout area with a TV and a small kitchenette with a microwave and a coffee maker.
