Student Mid-size Apts
Decided to jump on the bandwagon and create a build for the new pack. However, I went for apartments instead of a dorm. The apartments are setup as studios and each contain a small kitchenette. One studio has two beds. So you can comfortably fit 7 sims on this lot.
