I used a random generator for this build! My required things were: "build a blue Rental House in Windenburg with the lot trait 'Science Lair' for 8 sims with a budget of 19k". And it had to include a laundry room, dog stuff, and an icecream machine. So this house is for parents and their twin babies, twin toddlers and twin children/teens.
