I tried a Random Build Generator and this one was hard ! What I had to do : Build a yellow Traditional Japanese House in Glimerbrook with the lot trait "Volcanic Activity" for 7 Sims (!) with a budget of 12K (!!). It must include : Attic, Money Vault (!!!) and Coffee or Tea Machine. Well...
