Based on modern house from the video game Toca Boca. My daughter was playing the game and thought one of homes was pretty cute so I took a pic and tried to recreate it in the Sims. Inspiration can come from anywhere. lol. The exterior of the home is the way the cartoon house looked (the interior was not).
