First attempt to make something totally out of my comfort zone, but it turned out ok. I didnt plan the floor plan the best but the house itself just looks AWESOME. The basement is to fix some terrain issues.. Three bed, two bath and #unfurnished. I plan to make a furnished version as well but wanted to let people do with this one as they will first.
