I can't take credit for the build of the house, but i did change the set up inside the house and a little on the outside and change the upstairs, there is one bedroom and bath downstairs with a workout room, upstairs is two adult rooms and a kids room, i left one of the rooms empty just incase you had a sim with a certain skill and wanted a room just for that. i really like how this turned out! #modern #family #big #open #kids #pool #patio #deck #workout #simple #sleek #spacious #chill #cool
