This is the masion based of the D&D campain i'm playing right now. It's originaly based in Waterdeep. The mansion is home to the party Moist Five. On the ground floor you find the tavern. On the second floor you find the common room and two bedrooms. It also has a storage space. On the third floor you find the library, 4 (!!) toilets and two master bedrooms.
