I'm not going to claim to be a good builder, but I made this lot, a bar that I imagine my dnd character running once she retires. It features a performance space, bar/kitchen, fancy basement bathrooms, outdoor seating, and a back alley. It functions as both a bar and a cafe, should you choose to change what the location is.
