This was my first go at a contemporary/modern home. Open floor plan downstairs. Downstairs includes a bedroom, art room, and bathroom. Upstairs is complete with an office, toddlers room, stocked gameroom, and bathroom. It has a rooftop bar/grill area. The backyard has a nice pool and cabana area.
