Run Down Trailer Starter
Mainly #BaseGame . The only things that aren't are the cracks/holes on walls, graffiti (on front), the awning (above door) and the Murphy Bed (for extra space), which can easily be replaced or just be missing. The other random stuff is #Debug stuff.
