A small old brick building was going to be torn down. Someone saw the potential in that odd little building. They added a section on to give it some needed space, changed out the windows, added a bathroom, and new flooring and paint. Now it's a 1 bed 1 bath home for someone who likes photography, art, and lots of landscaping they don't have to bother with (or pay for). Play tested MOO used.
