The person who had this house built is eccentric, to say the least. They love color, and dogs, and making people guess. The main home functions best for one or two Sims who like to entertain, but there's a whole guest living space underground if you go through the hidden door in the building out back. No cc, just wanted to have fun. I used cheats: move objects, live edit, show hidden, ignore gameplay. Everything should work; I checked with a Sim. #debugbuildsforsemaj
