Until an #earthquake destroyed it, this library was a go-to for all the educated sims. Now, the grumpy, old and (considering the toilet) disgusting lady who owns the lot has to live on it. Without running water or power. At least she has a beautiful (&animated :D) #waterfall right in front of her hou.. tent.
