The old Desert Side Motel, once left in a dilapidated state after some unfortunate incidents, got picked up by a new owner who turned it into a nightclub to breath new life into StrangerVille. A few parts left untouched, especially the motel rooms themselves (Yuck), it is said the place is haunted. But who cares.
