Una Casa Por Familias
I built this house for my family of aliens who live next to Johnny Zest in Oasis Springs. The rooms are fairly large to accommodate lots of Sim stuff. Also, it's all on one floor. I really prefer that for gameplay, especially for families. It has a nice, big back porch for BBQs and a bar for parties. It's playtested and everything is laid out to be easy to see while playing.
