This is sort of #university housing, but I refuse to not put any means of cooking into it, so it's really just a #residential lot that sleeps #6sims who are, conceivably roommates. One shared bathroom with three toilets ans two shower stalls, and, my favorite part, a study cubicle for each roommate.
