A church conversion with the church still in it. The top floor has a huge open space to live in. The tower includes 3 bedrooms (2 of those being doubles), whilst the secret lab area includes 1 double bedroom. Inspired by the Rocky Horror Picture Show Original film (only from memory, not an exact replica at all, but a new take on it). There is also a small graveyard at the back.
