Vincent trailer park is a stone throw away for the nearest small town. On the outskirts of the desert sits the starter trailer. Foundation might give in so that might have to be fixed along with leaking water in the roof. It is a take it or leave it as the previous owner Mr.Trevor was not the cleanest parkie to reside in the trailer.
